What’s the process?

3 simple steps.

Step 1
Free Consult Call

You will have a confidential meeting with an experienced enrollment coordinator who will take an in depth history including substances used, social, financial and relationship history.

Step 2
Build a Custom Program

At your very first online or in person visit with your medical provider, they will review your medical and drug abuse history, ask questions, and develop a treatment plan which includes Suboxone, Sublocade or Vivitrol depending on your needs and personal preferences.

Step 3
Begin Treatment

You will receive a prescription at your very first visit whether for induction with Suboxone or continuation of treatment already begun by another provider.
If we are starting or restarting treatment with Suboxone you will be given supportive medication such as Ativan, Klonopin, clonidine and/or gabapentin.

What is Suboxone?

The medication Suboxone attaches to the mu receptor and is called a “partial antagonist” of this particular opioid, which means it works in much more ways than just stopping you getting high from oxycodone or heroin. It also blocks cravings cold – and gives you a sense of peacefulness as wellbeing so that you can return to living a normal life. Suboxone is a medication that has been proven to be non-addictive and in fact stops all physical cravings for opioids.

Drug Test

Monthly urine drug testing is part of the Indigo program. It is also a chance to connect with your provider and talk about what is going on in your life. They can address any needs you may be having.

Tapering Suboxone

We will work with you to taper off of Suboxone. In order to be lasting, tapering is a team effort. When your medical, mental health providers and you all agree that you have done the work to reach a solid recovery we will begin a slow, supervised taper with no withdrawal symptoms or craving.
